The idea behind Raid Clock
Raid Clock isolates one useful part of kabaddi timing. The board removes unnecessary complexity so you can notice structure, act, and review the consequence. It is a training drill inspired by movement, timing and game-play ideas, not a complete replacement for a household rule set.
